Collective Consciousness is a self-initiated installation made with the musician and sound artist Lexie Millions. It treats consciousness not as something individual but as a living field shaped by interaction, language, and presence, drawing on both artists' experience of migration and a sense of community built from shared values rather than geography. The work sets out to turn the spontaneous speech of everyone in a room into a single, temporary collective voice.

The piece runs as a live chain: a microphone captures fragments of speech, Lexie Millions processes them into a generative musical composition, and the visuals respond to that evolving soundscape in real time. Snezhana led art direction and the visual environment, translating the collective voice into audio-reactive particle fields, sound-wave structures, and digital landscapes. The visuals read the emotional and energetic quality of the voices rather than illustrating words literally. A language-analysis layer surfaces recurring words from the room as drifting typography, so the work accumulates into a linguistic portrait of the people present.

The installation was exhibited in Belgrade, Serbia, in 2026, running live with an audience. More than 100 visitors took part, each speaking into the piece and leaving a mark on the shared soundscape it composed over the run. The result was a temporary collective voice built entirely from the people who passed through the space.
